Eligibility

• The Founding 20 offer is strictly limited to the first 20 customers who successfully activate a subscription.
• Eligibility is confirmed at the time of initial subscription purchase.
• Open to UK residents only (one membership per person)
  

Active Subscription Requirement

• Founding 20 benefits are only valid while the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
• Cancelling and later re-subscribing will forfeit Founding 20 status permanently.
• Paused subscriptions (if applicable via the platform) may also result in loss of eligibility.

Subscription Frequency

• Both monthly and bi-monthly subscribers will receive benefits aligned with their delivery schedule.

Nature of Benefits

• Founding 20 inclusions (e.g. gifts, samples, or additional items) are not fixed and will vary.
• Contents are selected at the sole discretion of Arboreal Soaps and may change at any time without prior notice.
• No monetary value, substitutions, or exchanges are guaranteed for these items.

Non-Transferable

• Founding 20 status is non-transferable and linked to the original subscribing customer only.

Availability & Changes

• Arboreal Soaps reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw elements of the Founding 20 benefits at any time, while maintaining the spirit of the offering.
• In the unlikely event of stock or production limitations, substitute items of equal or similar nature may be included.

Fair Use

• This offering is intended for genuine customers. Arboreal Soaps reserves the right to cancel or refuse access if misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent the terms are detected.
